Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026

Heedwire is provided by Digitona AB (“we”), company registration number 559146-4382,Ringvägen 50 B, 118 67 Stockholm, Sweden. These terms govern your use of Heedwire. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

Heedwire monitors publicly available web pages you choose and produces analyses of the changes it detects. Analyses are generated with the help of AI and may contain errors; verify important conclusions against the linked source pages.

Heedwire is a service for businesses. Create an account and buy a plan for your organization's work, not as a private consumer.

Acceptable use

  • Track only public websites. Don't use Heedwire to access private, paywalled or personal content.
  • Don't use Heedwire to harass individuals or to collect personal data.
  • Don't attempt to access other customers' workspaces or to overload the service.

Plans, payment and taxes

Free trial

A new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends: monitoring pauses until the workspace owner chooses a plan.

Who sells and charges

Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout. For each payment, Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”) is the seller of record: it charges your payment method, calculates and collects VAT or sales tax, screens for fraud, handles payment disputes and payment support, and emails receipts, invoices and refund confirmations. Your purchase is also governed by Link's Sold Through Link Terms. Heedwire remains responsible for the service itself and for support with using it.

Charges appear on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* HEEDWIRE.

Prices and currency

Current prices are on our pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or yearly; a year costs ten times the monthly price. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Checkout may show the price in your local currency; the amount shown at checkout, with any tax for your location, is what you are charged. Your bank may add its own fees for payments in a foreign currency.

Renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, on the same plan and payment method, until it is cancelled. Link emails you before a yearly subscription renews.

Changing your plan

The workspace owner can switch plans, move between monthly and yearly billing, update the payment method and download receipts and invoices in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. The billing portal shows what you will pay before you confirm a change. Subscriptions can also be managed on link.com.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in the same place or on link.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then monitoring stops. Your workspace, competitors and history are kept, so choosing a plan later picks up where you left off.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment is retried and your workspace keeps its plan for 14 days from the first failed attempt. Update the payment method in Manage billing to keep it. If the payment still hasn't succeeded after 14 days, the subscription ends and the workspace returns to the state of an ended trial: monitoring stops, and nothing is deleted.

Refunds and the right to cancel

Refunds are handled by Link under its Sold Through Link Terms; request one through Link support. Unless the law requires otherwise, cancelling doesn't refund the rest of a period you have already paid for. Link may also refund a payment within 60 days in some cases. If you buy as a consumer under EU or UK law, Link's terms give you 14 days from when you get access to cancel your purchase.

Your data

You own your workspace data. The workspace's owner and admins can export it at any time from Settings → Data export, as JSON and CSV. To have a workspace and its data deleted, write to [email protected]; we delete it within 30 days. We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.
